The parking lot of West Hawaii Today is a cat ranch. A pride of feral cats makes the parking lot their home where they go dumpster diving, walking on cars and taking handouts from some employees. A lady on a moped often makes a mealtime mecca at night to the area behind our parking lot to dump bags of cat food for them to eat.
I love cats, they tend to be low maintenace and are self-cleaning, but there needs to be some control. Much of the cat food gets eaten by mongoose who also make our parking lot home. You can draw your own conclusions.
