We use Lotus Notes for work and the interface must have been designed by three separate teams who didn’t share any notes because it’s one of the most confusing email clients ever created. Pine Mail was better.
For example, when using Notes the originating email address/person is designated by at least three separate terms.
From
Who
Sender
And that’s just the originator designation. The rest of the application is similarly dismal in its interface with user-unfriendly icons and a mish-mash of terms.
