Some Windoze fanboy illegally used an image from this blog (notice the copyright designation in the sidebar? And I DO send in all my images to the copyright office with Copyright Form VA). They used it to bash Macs about them crashing, yeah, all computers crash.

So since he’s hijacking the image from my server.

Hey, if someone wants to go on a rant about something, fine, I’m all for the first amendment. I’ve bashed both Windows (I own a Dell) and Mac (I own a Mac), but get a life, take your own photos and get your own server space. I do let people use my photos sometimes if they ask nicely first. Like here. And here.

Well, the little Flash set of cameraphone thumbnails i had on the right sidebar is gone. Seems TextAmerica, the MoBlog site, no longer allows free accounts as of 2007. So i’ll just have to update the old-fashioned way though I’ll probably figure out something to automatically post cameraphone photos here. Think they could have at least emailed me ahead of time.

If you just upgraded to WordPress 2.0.5 like I did and are getting a Server 500 Error (i.e. When you Activate your Plugins you get a ‘File Not Found’ error) You’ll need to install the plugin WordPress 2.0.5 Tuneup which solves the problem. Just follow their instructions and activate it. You’ll come up with the same error again when activating but all should be good after that.

Been busy throwing together yet another blog, this one for my graduating Kaimuki High School Class of 1977. Seems ages ago, then again it was ages ago. One of my classmates on the reunion committee found my blog and asked if I could lend a hand so I registered a domain name, hosted the site and got it going tonight.

Fellow AAJA photog Joyce L. blogs about her climbing accident recently that she is recovering from. The above frame-grab is from some video I shot in June as she does her best to sound a conch shell.

She wrote back to me and said although she’s alive her camera isn’t. The body, battery and even memory card died in the fall. But she’s pretty tough as she’s blogging with broken wrists. *ouch!*
