Print your own CD-ROM Jacket

I got tired of giving away all my good CD jewel cases whenever I burned a bulk CD-R for work. Also my safe-deposit box can't even fit my backup CD in a jewel case, geez those boxes are narrow. So I created my own CD-ROM jackets made of paper. They're cheap, thin and I can write on them.

The template can be printed on a single sheet of letter-sized heavy paper as seen below. Just print it, cut it out and use a glue stick to paste the flaps together. Make sure the glue has dried before putting a CD in it or you may get glue on the CD. I usually make a bunch then let them dry overnight with a book on the stack of them to flatten the jackets out.

For paper I use 110lb paper as it's heavier than regular paper, adjust your printer accordingly for the thicker paper. Get the PDF file below, click on the image on the bottom left. If you don't have Acrobat Reader click on the link at the bottom right.
