Another trip to the Swing Zone

Another bucket of balls at the Swing Zone. I found out they're open 8am-9pm pretty much every day of the week.

Seems I have the ideal schedule to go down there since the place was empty except me and one other golfer. Not that I'd call myself a golfer at this point.

HA!~ You and me both! I googled costco and golf, so here I am. I be Taking up the sport again after 30 years of down time having quit long ago in disgust at my inability to drive more than 50 yards. Little did I know that was becasue of the cheap ass plastic kid's toys I was using at the time (I was a very niave kid). So now, making up for lost years, and knowing the importance of quality sports equipment, I'm in search of a driver to complement my GOODWILL industries bag of castaway iorns. Are we sure we want to do this. Dammit YES! That sweet spot feels oh so good doesn't it :)

I just started in June and I've made steady progress. I'm about to play my 20th round and I'm expecting to shoot in the 90s (hoping for the 80s). I've only purchased two clubs: a new putter $9.99 and a used Taylormade R540XD driver ($75.00 on aBay). I am at the point where I feel shoes will actually help my game.

Keep it up and have fun.

I'm still in the hitting the ball on the range stage. I've been on plenty of golf courses but only with my camera bag, not my golf bag.

Maybe a New Year's resolution to go out and practice and golf more?

Keep up the good work! Always good entertainment.

I found this site that offers free shipping on all orders. I called and got a better deal than what's on the internet. www.ewinnergolf.com
