I’ve had this iMac over a week, replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and reinstalled the address book, documents and other owner files. I got it all back together then decided that I should have changed the internal clock battery. So here it sits, the product of my procrastination in needing a new clock battery. Yes, I have the battery which I bought the other day, I just need to take the machine apart again, install the battery and put it back together. Can I not procrastinate in the 1/2 to 1 hour needed to install the battery and get it back to my friends?
Notice that my camera cellphone continues to take photos for the POTD. I sent my Nikon CoolPix in for service, never heard a single word from Nikon regarding the fix. I’ve emailed them, still no word. Looks like I’m going to have to call and see what’s going on. I did insure the package being sent to the service center but hopefully I won’t have to use that.
