Lost in Translation

menu
Anyone want to translate what some of these menu items are from the Filipino Centennial celebration I attended? I know Pancit is like a fried noodles, lumpia like a deep fried spring roll but how about the rest (excluding the water and soda)? I know I’ve eaten some of this yummy stuff even though I don’t know the names of what I’ve eaten. Some are like sweet rice steam cooked and such.

Sapin-sapin is a rice cake usually in tri-color topped with toasted coconut
