This recipe is called “1-Minute Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Mug Cake” and it’s relatively simple to make and quick. My microwave usually takes 1.5 minutes to cook these kind of things so I figure about 5 minutes total to mix ingredients, cook and frost. The frosting started to separate slightly since the cake was still very warm. Pretty quick compared to baking a regular cake and frosting. But still 100% delicious. Packed with fiber and less than 10 grams net-carbs.
I cooked it in a ramekin, split it horizontally so I could frost between the layers too. Good stuff.
